O uso das posturas corporais “ASANA”, têm um papel preponderante&lt;br /&gt;O termo Hatha pode entender-se de duas formas:&lt;br /&gt;como “HATHA”, termo sanscrito que significa intenso. Trata-se então do Yoga do esforço intenso, físico e mental, contribuindo para a procura do estado de unidade&lt;br /&gt;Como “HÁ” e “THA” dois termos que significam o equilíbrio das energias femininas e masculinas presentes em cada um de nós.&lt;br /&gt;Este último aspecto do Hatha Yoga, é um “Yoga da Energia”.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;YOGA DA ENERGIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O Yoga da Energia é hoje reconhecido como uma das maiores correntes nos métodos ocidentais de ensinamento do Yoga. &lt;br /&gt;Representa uma pedagogia do Hatha Yoga centrada sobre a tomada de consciência do Prana (energia vital) e de Manas (Actividade Mental). O seu ensinamento espalhou-se na Europa por Roger Clerk (1908-1997) através de aulas em muitas escolas de Yoga e de inúmeras obras, nomeadamente “ Un Art de Vivre” e “Le Yoga de l’ Energie” Edições ”Le Courrier du Livre”. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Este ensinamento compreende 3 graus:&lt;br /&gt;1º O Yoga do corpo onde o aluno aprende a conhecer o seu corpo, a melhorar o seu “sopro” (respiração), a sua calma e a sua concentração&lt;br /&gt;2º O aluno aprende a sentir em si a circulação do Prana(energia vital) e a melhor gerir os seus centros vitais&lt;br /&gt;3º A aprendizagem dos métodos que permitem ultrapassar o nível mental e aceder à consciência meditativa. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MANTRA YOGA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Os mantras, têm a reputação de terem sido compostos por “sábios” que conhecem os segredos do poder dos sons. Eles são formados por sílabas/palavras simbólicas cujo sentido é sempre múltiplo. Os seus poderes operam tanto sobre a consciência (esquemas mentais) do emissor, como sobre o seu meio envolvente. O Mantra Yoga procura a realização da unidade pela repetição rítmica destas diferentes fórmulas, que são muitas vezes curtos extractos de textos sagrados, “Vedas e Upanishads.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VINI-YOGA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cada pessoa, sendo única, só entra no caminho do seu desenvolvimento pessoal a partir do ponto em que se encontra. A partir do respeito pela pessoa, com as suas particularidades, as suas tradições e os seus hábitos, passo a passo, cada um vai progredindo de acordo com as suas possibilidades e aptidões.&lt;br /&gt;As sessões incluem posturas dinâmicas e estáticas, sempre associadas ao “sopro respiratório”. Apesar da situação em que cada um de nós se encontra; com tudo o que vivemos; com a nossa experiência da vida e do contacto com tudo o que nos cerca, com as nossas tensões, com os nossos bloqueios, é possível encontrar mais harmonia e viver melhor. Se nós permitirmos, … através da prática persistente do Yoga.&lt;br /&gt;No presente ano lectivo, estamos a realizar as “Noites de Mantras”(2 por mês) e um ciclo de conferências / encontros sobre o tema das Emoções. &lt;br /&gt;Para além das turmas em funcionamento pós laboral, destacamos as Turmas de Yoga para bebés(Babyoga) e a “turma 6” das 12H30 às Terças e Quintas, já em pleno funcionamento.&lt;br /&gt;Lidar com as “emoções”! Todos os dias. A todos os momentos, somos chamados a fazê-lo. Porque todos temos sensações. Se de umas gostamos, de outras detestamos…São energias que flúem através do nosso corpo, da nossa respiração e do nosso mental. Impregnam a nossa memória. Por vezes alojam-se; criam nós; bloqueiam, angustiam … doem. Que fazer?! Como actuar?!&lt;br /&gt;Ao longo do ano, vamos ter cerca de 6 “Encontros/Conferências” em que vamos conversar; experimentar; ….aprender.
